Personal ascension is designed to help you gradually raise the frequency of your energy signature. During this process, you will experience a number of different physical, emotional and mental symptoms.
These symptoms directly relate to your frequency expansion. During ascension you will experience two different types of frequency changes to the body and both are interwoven.
The first frequency change occurs after healing, balancing, and aligning each of the primary chakras, which increases the frequency of the kundalini circuit. The second frequency change is caused from the in streaming of high frequency astral energy entering the ethereal body via...
You may have spent much of your life feeling different, as though you never quite belonged to this world. You have always felt deeply. You hear what is not spoken. You sense what others cannot see.
You carry compassion for humanity and the Earth in ways that are difficult to explain.
The Angelic Blue Rays are ancient souls who came to Earth as emissaries of peace, healing, and Divine remembrance. Many are gentle empaths, healers, artists, musicians, visionaries, Codes carries, and sacred heart beings who carry frequencies of higher consciousness within...

Why You Come to the Planet?
The Holy power of your Sensitivity

Beloved beautiful Souls, Blue Ray, StarSeeds, LightWorkers, Empaths, Angels, and Angelics.
A new light is present on Earth, shifting your core connection and transforming the way you perceive light itself, igniting the essence of your Soul. As this harmonic wave interacts with your system, it may feel as if something at your core line of connection is being re-tuned.
These frequencies are ancient, wise, primordial codes—another evolutionary phase in our collective awakening.
This Light is more intelligible and conveys information that your body recognizes without the need for...
This past week, we shifted again, a significant shift that was very exciting. This established the New Earth firmly and securely in the midst of the old and made it our home. We’ve been going back and forth, dipping back into the old, but now we are in the new. There were some accompanying symptoms with this (blurry vision, headaches, queasiness, wooziness, and sleep issues, to name a few), and some noticed feeling very tired last weekend right before this took place.
I was given an intuitive picture of this shift on Thursday morning, and it came with...

Homeopathy was developed as a healing modality in Germany in 1796 by the physician Samuel Hahnemann. He also defined the Law of Similars, which states that you can treat like with like. So, a substance that normally causes symptoms can be used in micro-dose amounts to treat and reverse those same symptoms. For example, drinking too much coffee can cause insomnia and physical restlessness. However, when prepared as an extremely diluted homeopathic remedy, it can treat people for insomnia and restlessness.
Another principle he stated was Less is More, meaning that less physical...
It is not unusual to find yourself feeling alone and adrift during these great times of change. For some, self-imposed isolation is how you deal well with energetic changes.
Others will surround themselves with as many as possible to relieve the symptoms. Regardless, check in with your heart and be very sure it is the right way for you.
Just like anything else in your Earth plane existence… if it must be forced then it is not what The Universe intended. Self-care is key, darling one.
Greetings to you, One Who Serves here, Shoshanna is here and what a wonderful message from Sananda, which fits exactly where those of you in your discussion earlier, and where those of you; if not, most of you are in these times now, in terms of finding yourselves more and more in those higher vibrational frequencies.
Finding yourselves more and more having the eyes to see and the ears to hear,
and finding yourselves attracting more and more, to you those things which will...
Starseed, Blue Ray Empaths, Angelics, and Light Bearers are experiencing deeper shifts in awakening, phases where you take a step back for integration being in the presence of your being.
Some individuals are experiencing a cycle of purging or specific areas of release, while others are integrating the upgrades of new sensory awareness and multidimensional consciousness. You are experiencing a surge of light that is enhancing your energy system, leading to a profound awakening to new energetic signatures, which are paving the way for revolutionary change.
Our awakening is a tough challenge, often accompanied with and aggravated by acute pain and hardships. But their overcoming forges our Soul and Spirit’s strength, which later serve in assisting others. In this role, our path is thorny, full of shocks and dangers, because it’s impossible to learn how to help others if we have not gone through what they are going through. And together with it, we carry the burden of other incarnations, having to pay off all old debts, especially, if that is our final embodiment on Earth.

Alexander Quinn: You’re Not Dying. You’re Adjusting

What Alexander describes here is accurate for me. Thanks to Len.
The symptoms associated with ascension are currently very pronounced. This process demands a comprehensive purification of all aspects of one’s life, particularly those concerning the physical body and its utilization.
Individuals who are not experiencing these symptoms to some extent may still be in earlier stages of this transformation or have not yet begun to develop their crystalline structures. Those who are intensely experiencing these changes are likely undergoing significant upgrades and transformations out of necessity.
Lightworkers, in particular, must advance ahead of...
At this time in the early morning of Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024, a “Halo CME” is raining down hard positively-charging protons onto the Earth, and a powerful radiation storm is in progress.
A “Halo CME” is when a huge blast of plasma (coronal mass ejection) soars out from the far side of our Sun and radiates out encircling the entire solar disk.
More energy from this blast — this coronal mass ejection — is due to strike our planet by approximately 10:00 PM (EDT) this evening.
I greet you with love and in the light of the Creator. I have come forth to explain to you the symptoms of ascension, or the raising of your awareness to your own spiritual truth. As you become more awakened and aware, more light will enter into your energy centres, called chakras. Your third eye will become more knowing and your psychic senses will begin to increase. Your body will begin to change in its needs, such as being drawn to organic food or repelling the idea of eating meat. Your senses...
So much is going on the planet on so many different levels and realms, including the collective consciousness, Mother Earth, Gaia, and your own inner world.
As a result, we wish to remind you of the necessity of remaining focused on what is yours, what is not, and who you are. What are your gifts, service, blessings, and mission. That you did choose to be here right now on Earth to make a difference with your frequency and consciousness.
Recognizing that this is how you serve and what is right for you will help you ...

Those with increased sensitivity and empathic awareness—the Wayshowers, Blue Rays, and Starseeds—are more affected by other people’s energies, solar storms, intuiting the Earth’s changes, and planetary alignments. As you have less layers of density in your energy consciousness. And are more easily attuned to the group consciousness, as you feel things more readily in your bodies.
You sense things first and anticipate their arrival. As you are more awakened and have a closer relationship with nature, you are also more receptive to the Divine, Creation, communication with your...
Sharp, going for the jugular, comments on DNI’s posts is one of the many symptoms that we are approaching the next entering the 4D/5D at the vernal equinox on 24 March 2023. Some of us eagerly await this stage, some are panicking and hysterical, because they couldn’t jump on the bandwagon, some still don’t see, don’t hear, and don’t feel these dimensions and everything connected with them.
Those, who ready for the Transition, have a body that vibrates impulsively every now and then: then it burns, then it freezes, then it squeezes the heart,...
I am Sananda. And as always, I appreciate these times that I can be with you and communicate with you in these ways. For so much is in the process of change now. Many of you are feeling the energies, the waves of energies that are coming in. And they are coming in stronger and stronger. And in this day now, today, a major gateway has opened up that is allowing for many more of these energies to come through,...
Greetings, we are the White Winged Collective of Nine.
We are ninth dimensional and up, as you say. For we are always evolving and expanding, just as you are so doing in this mighty now of change. We see humanity’s progress of the awakened and awakening ones as astonishingly delightful to behold, for it reminds us of our own awakening to our own Source awareness in days gone by. The ripple effect of humanity’s ascension is not to be underestimated. It is truly profound, affecting all within this space time quadrant and beyond. For all is...
Anthony Bourdain allegedly committed suicide a couple of months ago. He was no stranger to politics or speaking his mind about his view of the Clinton family, Barrack Obama and other politicians.
Reflect On:
Could this be the real cause of Bourdain's death? Was he potentially rocking the boat of truth too much within the eyes of powerful individuals?
While it has been a couple of months since the death of popular American chef, Anthony Bourdain, but there are still some concerns...
There is a shift in consciousness taking place on the planet. Whether you are aware of it or not, it is affecting you and the entirety of the human race. We are evolving, we are ascending. Are you noticing?
Reflect On:
Do not despair if you feel like you are being bombarded with one challenge after another, you never take on more than you can handle. This is all a part of the process. Trust that you are being taken care...

Lovely you,
The energies coming onto the planet full of light codes are something very new and exciting on the one hand, but can also be very challenging on the other. We often hear and talk about the different ascension waves and many people are confused and not sure what exactly that means and how this awakening process works for humanity. Every time, I am contemplating on the ascension waves, I repeatedly get this picture of the model “Diffusion of Innovation”, which I used quite often, when I was...

You know – about two days ago i was thinking that my work on here was done, and that i no longer needed to write anything else: because i felt like i had written everything i felt i was suppose to write. Boy was i wrong. If anything in 2017 (1) i need to discuss, write, spread, talk about, bring to everyone attention, so many more topics,...
I have spent a lot of time in Indonesia and the people there are very dear to me. They are a simple people, but they are filled with love. For the last several years there have been many natural disasters there, especially earthquakes. I understand that these events must be appropriate, so I will not ask about their necessity, but I am wondering if there is anything I can do there for the land or for the people? I know that these are times of great change and while I honor them, I cannot help but wish these changes did not include great...
Beloved ones, what I ask of you today, each of you, My precious heart, is to deeply seek your communion with Me and allow Me to guide you every step of the way. Only I truly know you. I know who you are and I know your spirit. I also know your every secret, and I know even your ego mind machinations, as it seeks to remove you from the Light and to pull you into the twisted pathways of duality.
What I say to you this day is that the life I Am is joy, and...
Two recent and powerful synchronicities - by Dieter Braun (Indian in the machine)

1. Yesterday afternoon I had done an ionic footbath for a friend who has cancer, and she was so excited afterwards regarding how she felt, she literally jumped up after the footbath and jumped up and down. I was feeling pretty good about the whole experience and was tidying up the kitchen. Since I'm in a new house as of this past month, I've been enjoying the new energy around the home. I had a thought of a nice vase of flowers on the kitchen table, and went to the phone to see what time a local flower store was open. I found out, and since it was getting late, I decided not go purchase the...
The Galactic Times ~ Surfing Sedna's Seas with Cosmic Rays

23 April 2008
For those tired of hearing of Eris and her discord, we'll move outward in space now to discover more about the enigmatic Sedna, the most distant named body in our solar system. However, first we should note the amazing black hole Cygnus X-3 recently flared. The energies poured from the source at 28 Aquarius included radio and hard x-rays in the extreme. The broadcast was loud and free to all those who had connected any of their receptors to this general position. The message of this system reminds us all to allow ample time (4.8 hours at minimum) to clear the emotional decks whenever life hits...
Welcome to the bridge to eternity. We Cat Beings see this artificial Earth Time as a doorway between the past and the future with the power to alter reality in the present moment of the NOW! Many of the ancient teachers await the call from members of the Human Kingdom for them to return now to facilitate this time of preparation for the changes that are to come.
Each member of the Human Kingdom is in an assessment phase during this false time on earth for what is recognized as your calendar month of April 2008. Doors, windows, pathways and portals are open between what...
I AM, and because I AM you ARE. I have ALWAYS BEEN and I shall ever BE, for I am without beginning without end. I am Life itself, for I am the very Source of all that IS. I brought forth all life within me, and I sustain all life and every instant that exists. Nothing can exist outside of Me, for I am the Source, the FIRST CAUSE behind all that IS. Great beings who are Creators in their own right, who have their existence in dimensions of life that are presently beyond your ability to conceive, have brought forth worlds, whole universes of matter...they have populated them with young...
Each time you shift your vibration you have access to a wider field of potential realities that you can connect to. Each of these realities is a possible one for you. Not all of them can be experienced or have to be. But they are all available to you. You can choose any one without fear of making a wrong decision and the things you do not choose may be available at a later time. Each choice you make takes you on a different path that opens even more options. It is an exciting time of transformation and new possibilities.
Each process of transformation you accept, through...

This is Matthew with loving greetings and joyous Easter tidings to all.
1. Some zones of Earth are welcoming the first signs of spring, the season of rebirth and rejuvenation, and I feel it is an especially appropriate time to describe our beloved Earth as we see her from this station—how we wish that everyone on the planet could witness this magnificence! Please imagine a brilliantly blue sphere with myriad sparkling pinpoints...
