October is a month of profound introspection and inner work where you will be called to confront the unconscious patterns that shape how you relate to both yourself and others. Initially, the energies will challenge you to deepen your self-awareness by uncovering the fears, desires, and needs that drive your reactions and behaviour. The energy is fast and volatile, which can feel overwhelming and exhausting. You may feel like you are on an emotional and mental pendulum today as you discharge old energetic programming that no longer aligns with who you are becoming. Because these...
You are continuing to grow in ways that you cannot even imagine, just by being there on Earth and having all the experiences that you are having. In the same way as if you were to stare at grass and not notice that it is growing, you are having a particular challenge in recognizing your own growth, your own evolution. But it’s happening individually and collectively, and beings and collectives here in the higher realms can measure it. We...
Do you believe that your mind is sometimes mentally inspired in a spiritual way? Do you understand what is implied in what we suggest? It is that the mind does elevate and become more spiritual-like when you become more tomorrow than yesterday. It will move along with you in that way. You see, the mind is always a step ahead. It knows some other things that you do not. It knows those things that were from another time, and because of this, it is aware of what you do not see. Do you see?
Welcome to September! The ninth month of the year and one of the most powerful for seeing our manifestations and intentions come to life! If you like to set intentions in the first few months of the year, September is often a time when we can start to see some progress.
If things are not going the way we intended, it’s also a good time to switch gears and explore new options and avenues. The Virgo New Moon on September 11th, will be a great point for this, and will help us tap into the space of infinite...
In the bustle of the energetic changes in progress right now, you may have forgotten one thing. You, my dearest and most darling child, have a front row seat to one of the most important evolutions of man!
The heart and the soul of each human on your Earth plane has been longing for this moment for eons. Some have even envisioned the result of this great change and it is beautiful!
As this monumental phase continues, there will be ups and downs as well as some sideways moment but, please do not let...
Self-discovery is one of the most beautiful things you can do for yourself. Learning your ins and outs, your rough edges and your smooth surfaces can be a tremendous relief and an interesting challenge.
As this shift continues, use the knowledge of Self you have gained and will continue to learn help yourself and others along the way. Search for and establish your boundaries.
They will be meaningful in the coming weeks and months. Know that you are an infinite being capable of endless growth within. In other words… you are stunning and...
Greetings, Dear Ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service.
Let’s do a summary of the first quarter of 2026 now that it has gone and that you have figured out perhaps that indeed there is something different about this year that I then told you about earlier and mentioned that the attributes are completely and totally new for this year. This is a different energy for this planet. Let’s take a look at some of the things that I mentioned. Also, how are you doing with it? Perhaps there...
The Light Forces are clearing the Lurker and its entanglement with the surface of the planet, and this proves to be more difficult than expected. Although the Light Forces do not have command over Lurker yet, they will master this challenge in the same way they have defeated the Chimera and removed the toplet bombs.
Since the opening of the 12:21 Ascension Portal in August 2025, this planet has entered the Initiation process to reach its Ascension. As inevitable part of this process, the surface of the planet has come face to face with its Dweller on the...

May is a month filled with energy and continuous movement which will act as a catalyst to expand our collective perspective and profoundly shift our individual awareness. As we cross the threshold into this new month, we are met immediately by the influence of another powerful Full Moon. This Full Moon acts as a deep well, drawing buried emotions to the surface and offering us a vital opportunity to gain the fresh insights and deeper understanding necessary to transform our lives. It is a time to consciously release old patterns, stubborn attachments, and stagnant...
Collectively, this weekend initiates a historic transformation as Uranus enters Gemini on the 26th. This event marks one of the moves significant shifts of the year and marks the beginning of a new seven year cycle that will revolutionize how we think, communicate, perceive reality and connect. It is an evolutionary turning point and will create a fundamental change in humanity as a whole. As such, we can expect a surge in new ideas, new insights, new inspirations, and the need to challenge the mainstream narratives.
The ideal solution is to take on the ENTIRE burden of Light. Only in this case, its multidimensional power will be an impenetrable shield against ANY inner and outer Darkness, all impurities. Are we ready to face this challenge?
Billions of people on this planet glow ONLY with gray shining and billions of its shades. On the physical plane, we do not see them, especially what is the ratio of Dark and Light in them. Their non-stop interfusing and blending changes every second under the influence of many factors, internal and external. This...
God only gains power in a person's life when the person empowers themselves and God. This happens when the person has wept all their tears and no longer accepts their unbearable fate. When repentance becomes essential for survival, miracles occur.
JJK: I woke up today wondering what people whose lives are constantly recurring with certain issues and problems can do to find an exit strategy?
I know many people who constantly face the same unresolved situations, encounter the same difficulties – like a boomerang that keeps coming back...
Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We understand that when you are facing something that is particularly challenging, you do feel that it is unfair. We know that you struggle with the idea that you may have chosen something for yourself as a challenge before you incarnated. And we know that you can get angry at your higher self or your soul for having made such a decision. We also know that you can feel as though...
Against all odds, against calmer judgement and infinite wisdom, you are here! Your rebellious, old soul ached for a challenge. Yes, your work on the other side was important, it mattered and made a difference.
But you craved something new, stunning, a little crazy and lot of fun so, you chose your Earth plane! You did not come here alone, you have friends at home that are looking out for you, calling to you through the ether to check on you from time to time.

How to Overcome Self-Doubt with Help from Your Inner Rebel

Challenge anxiety and doubt by accessing your inner Rebel archetype.
Sylvia Plath once said, “The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.”
So many of us are on this planet to live a creative life, challenge status quos in all spaces, express our authenticity, and continue to make the world a better place for ourselves and future generations. Creativity is not just about making art—it is the root of all joy, the force behind our purpose.
But if we give the voice of self-doubt too much power, we shrink instead of rise. We...
Divine Ones, we come to deliver a message that might appear a simple one, and yet it is sorely needed by many.
This is certainly a profound time of transformation on your planet. There is no argument against that, and yet there are not enough voices calling for a direct challenge of the established players. Too many of humanity accept what is happening as inevitable when that is by no means true. No, it is true and apparent that a single person is not the...
July is a month that will challenge us to stay present while harnessing the lessons, growth and wisdom we have gained from the past. We will be called to balance the urge to move forward with the need to slow down and discern the path ahead. Old cycles will be coming to an end and as such, will require us to begin restructuring our lives in ways that support a deeper expansion and embodiment of our soul.
This is a month for perseverance and preparation where you will be asked to release any...
Your Earth-plane existence is and always will be dictated by what you draw in and allow. If you choose to be put down, trodden up and otherwise disrespected, it is yours. If, on the other hand, if you choose to be respected and admired for who you are (not what you have), that experience will be yours.
A challenge for you today: take time and really look at what you experience in an average day. What would you change? With that held firmly in mind, move one thought toward the positive. You...
This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.
As always, what I share isn’t the sole objective truth. Instead, I’m offering a perspective — and if I were in your shoes, my perspective might be entirely different. Obviously, I am speaking from a very privileged position, living in a society that many of you would consider to be utopian.
Still, it is useful to be able to view the world from different perspectives. So I will offer my perspective, without implying...
We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We know what you are going through there on Earth can be quite challenging at times, and we know that you may need to remind yourselves to not let what you are going through in any given moment get to you, because we have seen what happens when you do. When you let your life circumstances drag your down vibrationally, you then cannot get the answers that you need. You cannot see, or think, or feel your...
For years, many of you have been working very diligently on finding your voice and being heard and this process has been accelerated over the past year or two.
Those familiar with your old, quiet self may want you to stay that way but you know it is time to step up.
The Universe is reminding you that on occasion it may be an isolating path to travel, but you are up to the challenge.
Thought Adjuster: “Forgiveness is a multi-layered process set into motion by the honest desire to forgive. The challenge many encounter in that endeavor is that they tackle it from their intellect rather than their heart. Merely saying “I forgive you” does not make it so. You will soon notice that there are still pockets of resentment and feelings of hurt that keep bubbling up. How, then, do you go about releasing them once and for all?
The best approach to this soul-liberating process...
“[Jesus] was equally adept in teaching by either asking or answering questions. As a rule, to those he taught the most, he said the least.” [UB 132:4.2]
Thought Adjuster: “Successful pedagogues challenge their students to sharpen their thinking processes. They also coach them in the practical application of their intellectual knowledge by assigning them homework deemed within their level of competency — never doing it for them, but monitoring it closely to fill in the blanks in their understanding. There is...
Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are awakening within you the memory of the times when you have felt yourselves to be masters, and that is why you are able to recognize mastery in any of us. Of course, when you are in a nonphysical state, it is easier for you to know yourself as masterful, but that is primary reason why you went to the physical and to Earth in particular. You like a challenge. You like multiple challenges, because you know...
We are here for you. We are The Creators. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.
We notice you having your moments there of struggle, your moments of dissatisfaction, and we notice you when you are in those moments of despair, and we wonder how we can get through to you when you are having those moments. This is the type of challenge that you face in the twelfth dimension. How do you help? How do...
The best thing about being on Earth is freedoms you are granted. You are granted clean air, nature, oceans, and the sky. On other plants they have limited air, rock formation, and miss out on the bounty that Earth gives you. Earth is a beautiful planet that many choose to incarnate on. The reason you come to Earth is to experience unparalleled adventure, challenge, and obstacles. Earth is not for the weak. If you are here on Earth, you had to think long and hard about coming here. You said I could go for an...
Our awakening is a tough challenge, often accompanied with and aggravated by acute pain and hardships. But their overcoming forges our Soul and Spirit’s strength, which later serve in assisting others. In this role, our path is thorny, full of shocks and dangers, because it’s impossible to learn how to help others if we have not gone through what they are going through. And together with it, we carry the burden of other incarnations, having to pay off all old debts, especially, if that is our final embodiment on Earth.
Take a deep breath, get grounded and stay as centered as possible because more changes are on the way. There may be growing pains as you move away from the time-established routines and habits of your current existence but, The Universe knows you are up to the challenge!
Think of it as a piece of art that looks quite messy when you are up close; taking a few steps back often helps the picture become clearer. Do not be dismayed if you cannot see it right away… giving yourself a bit...
My dear, beautiful child; The Universe knows it can be a challenge to stay centered and grounded when it feels as if everything is falling down around you. Please know that even though great changes have been made to your societal structures and way of life, more changes are on the way.
Some may be barely perceptible, and others may rock the very foundation on which you are standing. Many of you have been preparing for this moment for an exceptionally long time! Standing together, you possess the knowledge, skills...
We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are a very sensitive collective, and we have the ability to sense what is going on in all parts of the galaxy. We have been stretching ourselves to reach more of the corners, if you will, of this universe of ours with that sensitivity that we do have. We are telling you this because we want you to know that your sensitivity is something that has been a challenge for you, but you are becoming...
If you have ever snagged your sweater on a chain or a necklace, had a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of your shoe, or tried to wriggle free from an outfit that was too tight after a large meal, you understand the notion of “entanglement!” It is fairly obvious in the 3D physical sense.
Most of you also know, from experience, that when you are entangled in your physical world, struggling with the situation often gets you more twisted up...
I am here for all of you, because you have requested assistance. You ask for the help that you want and need, and those of us who are able to do so will come forth as the answer to those requests. I come forth as a teacher and as a guide, and I do want you all to know that someday you will be the guides and the teachers to others within this very universe. You will someday be channeled entities, and you will...
Yes, dearest one, The Universe knows you are tired. The shifts over the past few months have you in a space where you feel you barely have the energy to put one foot in front of the other. Moving forward, learning and letting go may be the very last thing on your mind but….
The Universe is here to say do not give up! Everyone deserves the right to be human occasionally and you have definitely earned that right! Allow yourself to be in a space of inaction for a while. ...
The world is full of reasons why people might pray for help from a higher source. From the threat of war to an exploding health crisis to the pressures of a cratering economy, you’ve got to wonder why the Creator allows all this. After all, a challenge will always bring personal growth but the accelerating rate of change in everything today is like a cosmic wake-up call. But, we might ask, to wake up to what?
The truth is, we are sparks of the Divine, empowered with free will so that we can forge a...
“Pentecost endowed mortal man with the power to forgive personal injuries, to keep sweet in the midst of the gravest injustice, to remain unmoved in the face of appalling danger, and to challenge the evils of hate and anger by the fearless acts of love and forbearance.” [UB, 194:3.12]
Thought Adjuster: “Tomorrow is a spiritual memorial day of great magnitude — the Christian celebration of the momentous day of Pentecost that took place 40 days after Jesus’ infamous crucifixion. Up to that point, Pentecost was...
It’s extremely hard to us to take and always keep in mind that WE ARE MULTIDIMENSIONAL. That we are a nano-copies of the Greater Cosmos, parts of its fractals, inconceivable in sizes. Interfaces with them are thousands of Light spots in our body that support non-stop interaction with the same points in the entire Boundlessness of One. Our temporary physical 3D corpus is just one of the manifestations of Its consciousness in the Universe (see – Check List, DNI, 6 November 2023).
On 4 November 2023 at 05:39 PM CET, the Lightwarriors’ ground team disclosed the new Co-Creators’ update on the earthlings’ enter 4D, received earlier. Below is its brief summary.
“Today, the most difficult challenge, which transients face, is of their lowest bodies’ transforming, i.e. of physical, ether, mental, astral, causal, and atmic ones. Their change depends on the state of the fifth that continues to accumulate karma. This is a temporary body (as there is no permanent one on Earth yet), which completely hinges on the old...
When we believe and realize we are within a closed system, such as Newtonian physics or deductive logic, we can find proofs of what we know from within the system, but we cannot prove anything beyond it. So it is within the dualistic empirical world. We have created our senses to align our energy signature with its vibrations, and we believe and realize that this is our reality. From within the body, we cannot know what may lie beyond our senses, although we have created technology that operates with wave-lengths beyond our physical senses. Because...

The main focus of the Light forces is now clearing of the subquantum anomaly.
Subquantum anomaly is not as innocent as it was previously believed, and the Lurker entity poses quite a challenge. More intel about the Lurker is now available. In the previous cosmic cycle, some entities wanted to survive the big crunch as the universe was collapsing into a singularity, and the only possible way to survive this (except Ascension) was to forcefully project consciousness into the subquantum anomaly.
Those entities from the previous cosmic cycle used a...
Especially in the cities, much of life has become life-diminishing and depressing. Anyone who continues to be entranced in 3D life faces a great challenge to break out of it into a higher energetic dimension that is life-enhancing in every way. It is becoming more difficult to make the leap in consciousness from the world of duality to life filled with love and joy. The world of duality has been taken over by the dark force and is becoming increasingly intolerable, but there is another choice that we have for our experience.
While you are engaging in the process of shifting, you may begin to feel a new sense of strength and power.
Both emotions may be a little frightening because many of you view power in a negative way.
The Universe wants you to understand that there is nothing inherently wrong being powerful, standing in your power or showing your power to the world around you.
Over the course of human existence, the word power and its meaning has been changed to mean something very different from what it truly is.
You are in the midst of a battle, a battle being forced upon you – and you have learned your lessons, for your answers are clear. You stand up for justice courageously and fearlessly, you challenge the truth and you have matured into incorruptible tools of GOD. Refined by the fate of many previous lives, today you can do what you came to do. Your commitment to the light...
We are certainly living in a time of shifting landscapes, both within us and around us. Challenge seems to be a central theme for so many, an almost constant stream of challenge after challenge after challenge. Of course, challenge comes in many shapes and sizes, and we can each face confusion, pain, grief, anger, and heartache; sometimes all at once. As a result, the skies often appear stormy and grey, as we can feel lost, alone and without hope, disconnected from the world and with a perspective that sees others getting on...
We are still waiting for fresh info on the new 3D Earth’s Logos creation (see DNI, Whipsaw, Parts 1-6). Recall that it is scheduled until expiration of the spring Eclipse Corridor, which will end with the Lunar Eclipse on May 5.
In its cosmic scale and complexity, this is an exceptionally tough challenge that Co-Creators never dealt in our Local Universe. Initially, they didn’t plan to replace the 3D Logos in the medium term, focusing on solving other, more urgent and important tasks. The adjustments were made by the birth of the...
One Who Serves: Om, mani, padme, hum; om, mani, padme, hum; hum, hum. Greetings to you! One Who Serves here. Shoshanna is here.
We are ready to entertain your questions. And we use that term specifically here—entertain. Because indeed, when we come together in this way, it is entertainment for us. Not that we are laughing at you, certainly not. But we are laughing along with you. We are feeling joyful along with you, and feeling entertained. This is entertainment for us. When we think ‘be of service,’ we...
The biggest challenge many of you are facing is learning how to navigate your life moving forward based on what you would like to do vs what you have to do. The first chapter of your incarnation had many ‘presets’ if you will ~ things on your soul’s to-do list that you wanted to experience.
These might include soul contracts to connect and interact with others, a desire to balance karma, service contracts to assist in certain ways, and themes you wished to expand on while you were in the body in...
Greetings, my name is Emmanuel. To witness the transformation of humanity, you must witness your own transformation first.
As every moment offers an opportunity for transformation, every moment will offer opportunities laden with challenge, obstruction, obstacles, opposites, and paradoxes. You will witness that in the duality of the experience itself lies the very opportunity to transform, to evolve, to realize, to expand, to discover the non-dual aspect of your existence. The present moment therefore is a key element to be observed, understood and witnessed.
Dear Ones, let me for a moment take a look at the trauma and uncertainty of your lives, and the upheaval that is occurring all over your world. The old ways are no longer working, and there is little satisfaction with your leaders. They cannot see what is necessary to move you onto a new path without relinquishing their power, and this is the core of the problem. You need those waiting souls who are here especially to take the reins, to guide you through the momentous events that are unfolding. For most of you, it is easy to see the breaking up that is happening before your eyes, but few...[More]
