We cannot solve our problems wearing the same shoes we wore in creating them.
I remember the moment it hit me. It was your typical 10-degree windy, wintry day in Chicago, and I was sitting in my pimped-out therapy office with a client, surrounded by the perfect Eames chairs, a cozy security blanket, and two inconspicuously placed clocks. My client was in the middle of a story she’d told me 20 times before, sitting with her shoulders hunched in defeat and her foot twitching with angst, and all of a sudden I...

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are very evolved in our understanding of ourselves. We are hyperaware of what it is that we are offering in each and every moment. That is really the goal for all of you there on Earth, because if you are aware of what you are offering, then you can do something about it. You can make an internal shift. The internal shift must come before the external shift can come. Just like...
Well, greetings, dear ones! We are as always, honored to be amongst you. We count you as family. We are thrilled to know that your Light has grown only ever stronger—not only in these last few weeks and days, but in these last few hours!

In so many ways, the powerful mind may also block access to untapped potential. So how do you access the infinite quantum realm of possibilities?
The famous saying ‘I think, therefore I Am’ by 17th century philosopher Rene Descartes conjures a compelling case for...
One of the things that really humbled me in recent years is the realization that I am often only halfway in on anything I do. I’m rarely ever really all in.
For example, I might join a coaching program with the idea of trying it out, but not really sure if I can do it. Then when things start to get hard or overwhelming … I might be looking for the exit door, or hiding so I don’t have to be embarrassed. This is being halfway in, with an eye on the exit.
