You know that feeling when stress creeps up, and suddenly you feel a bit anxious, fidgety, on alert, your heart rate speeding up, and your breath shallow?
It can be hard to focus and be comfortable in this space. That’s the autonomic nervous system kicking into gear, prepping you for fight or flight.
This is typically brought on by stress, deadlines, too much work, traffic, non-grounded news, a tense conversation etc.
Your nervous system is there to help keep you safe. But, the life we are living now doesn’t resemble the...

Throughout human history, we have always changed our minds about things in the long run. But in the short...
Experts often don't agree, we're drowning in information, and censorship is a very real thing - here's how to not get lost and confused navigating information.
Set Your Pulse: Take a breath. Release the tension in your body. Place attention on your physical heart. Breathe slowly into the area for 60 seconds, focusing on feeling a sense of ease. Click here to learn why we suggest this.
I wanted to present a quick collection of ideas, thoughts, and reflections that can act as tools for navigating...
Today I wasn't sure what to focus on with this email as to be quite honest... A LOT is changing inside CE right now - in fact, it seems the world is going through a big transition.
You may be aware of the incredible levels of censorship that have sparked during this COVID plandemic and it has hit us pretty hard, but also pushed us to re-think how we do things so we can be effective as well as funded.
Humanity's interest and exploration into extraterrestrial life is coming to a point: it's time to make contact.
No, not contact using satellites or radiowaves, and no it doesn't have to come through the government. We're talking contact that is initiated by YOU.
I've shared why I feel ET contact is a huge aspect of humanity's next step in our evolution of consciousness. I summarized these thoughts one again last night in a conversation with Dr. Steven Greer on his...
Now is a time for deep reflection on the state of our world and how we wish to shift the way we live our lives on this planet. Society has an opportunity to change, are we paying attention?
Reflect On:
Do we simply want to go back to 'normal life' after this? Or is this giving us a chance to see things differently?
I have seen an unprecedented amount of perspectives about what is going on with this global event. Typically,...
In a recent lawsuit, the CDC admitted in federal court that they have no studies, evidence or science proving that vaccines don't cause autism.
Reflect On:
Why did they lie for years about this? Why did they conduct a massive media campaign shaming those that questioned vaccines? Why did they invent the term 'anti-vaxxer' to put people who question vaccines in a negative light?
Update: Some are struggling to grasp the point of this article. It’s...
It has been 8 years since I last finished a documentary: today, that all changed!
Over the last 10 years, I've researched and explored many things in relation to our environment, including climate change. Recently, I got inspired to make a short but impactful film about what I feel is the most potent message on the subject.
In today's age, environmentalism seems gone, and a focus on climate change iseverything. If you've watched or read our climate related content, you know this is ineffective environmental work, so what do...
Several brave thinkers, including Jacque Fresco of the Venus Project and Colin Turner of the Free World Charter, have proposed ways in which a future society could thrive if we eliminated money and trade and instead built a resource-based economy.
Reflect On:
The first step in any new paradigm is believing it's possible. Do you believe humanity could not only survive but thrive in a money-free world? What would it look like?
Mars has long been a planet that humanity has questioned.
Evidence from a new study suggests that not only did Mars have a major shift in the atmosphere that was provoked by intelligent intervention, but it also supported a civilization...
Turning what was once an 'Earth-like' atmosphere into what it is today:
Completely inhabitable.
The question remains...
Why do the government and mainstream media keep this information hidden from humanity?
A simple process to bring you back to presence and freedom throughout the day.
Reflect On:
Can we expect our world to change if we don't change our inner states of everyday being?
Do you notice yourself feeling tense shoulders? A cleansed jaw? Perhaps you’re holding your breath in some ways and you don’t even know it? Maybe you feel a clenched tummy from time to time and have tricky digestion. You might notice yourself rushing through life, tasks, wanting to get to the next...
With this week's top story about the recent Ukraine scandal... I've said it before and I will say it again...
What happens in our current world is a mirror of our collective consciousness and shines a light on what we need to begin questioning about ourselves and our world.
This story beautifully brings up the question of: what the heck has politics really become? It's a circus! Why are we playing into the chaos?
The mainstream media has made many retractions this last week as they jumped on shady details surrounding this story.
A new study shows that cats really do get attached to the connections they have with their owners.
Reflect On:
Is it just cats, dogs and babies that have this connection as discussed in the study? Or would we find this all across the animal kingdom if we changed the way we view all living beings?
I have had cats my whole life, currently 3 cats live in my house, and throughout the years...
Marianne Williamson stated in an interview on Fox and Friends that she did not realize the political system was as corrupt as it is.
Reflect On:
This is an important revelation of how leaders often don't quite see the full truth of our system at hand. Through them and their experience, we can learn a lot about what is truly going on. Is it time to let go of the systems we have?
About a week ago Marianne Williamson told the New Yorker, I know this sounds naïve, but...
Virginia Roberts Giuffre's description of 'training' she went through to perform sexual acts on Epstein's island corroborates with other sex slave whistleblowers linked to high profile pedophile rings.
Reflect On:
This information is coming out, we cannot deny that any further. The question becomes when do we realize that those who govern the public at high levels are commonly involved in these sorts of acts?
Virginia Roberts Giuffre is the now 33-year-old woman who was a minor when Jeffrey Epstein and his associates would sexually...
A number of elite figures tied to Epstein have been panicking and trying to hide since Epstein's suicide...
They have literally gone missing or disappeared with the exception of Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew...
Who are in heavy denial mode regardless of the fact that unsealed court documents have named Prince Andrew specifically.
It appears as though we are finally seeing a shake-up in these elite circles and they don't feel comfortable any longer.
This is HUGELY important and very inspiring because it illustrates that as our consciousness shifts and we become more aware, the veil continues to fall on...
What the majority of people think of how our world operates is NOT even close to what is actually going on behind the scenes...
We have been exposing the Deep State at CE for the past 10 years, so this is no surprise to us.
Recently, Patrick Byrne the CEO of the company Overstock had a press-release where he spoke about being involved in a 'soft-coup' that has been going on in the US since 2015-2016.
He claimed to have helped the 'Men in Black' in both the 'Clinton Investogation'and the 'Russian Investigation'...
The arrest and alleged suicide of Jeffrey Epstein is one of the biggest stories of our lifetime...
Events such as this are shattering our collective worldview at an accelerated rate!
The mainstream media has been lying to the people for many years around the topics of Elite ran child trafficking rings, trying to cover it up as if it didn't exist and isn't part of a large connected network.
The Jeffrey Epstein case has made this topic nearly impossible to avoid, which is great news for the collective consciousness.
The mainstream is becoming aware of who the world's leaders...

Hey,
For months now I've been getting inboxed asking when we would cover more about Q.
Last week we put out a couple of pieces of content discussing the nuances behind what's happening with Q (Qanon) so that a little more was put out there.
From a couple of the bigger Q analysts out there, this content didn't sit too well, perhaps it threatened their narrative and work? I'm not too sure without having a deeper conversation with them. But what I can say is this...
There is much more than what appears at the surface to this Q...

A Complete List of Alternatives To The Google Search Engine.
By Joe Martino.

.
IN BRIEF
The Facts:
Using Google as a search engine is no longer giving you access to unedited truth. As admitted by Google exec Jen Gennai, you will sew what Google wants you to see.
Reflect On:
Is it time to swap search engines and give yourself access to a wider perspective? How much will this affect what you think is true or real in our world? How might this completely change the decisions you make in your life?
I first heard of David Icke back in 2008... just 6 to 8 months before I started CE.
At the time, the two prominent figures in the 'truth space' I knew about were Alex Jones and David Icke.. the thing was, Alex was too angry for my liking, so David seemed a lot more grounded and that was what I needed.
David's work was part of my early journey of exploring and confirming so many secrets about our world and how it functions that I felt and saw growing up.. secret societies,...

The Facts:Musk’s SpaceX has begun launching satellites into Earth’s orbit that will provide wireless infrastructure to the world. They will be launching hundreds more over the year.
Reflect On:Are we acting too quickly on technology without safety testing? Are we as humans more connected to having the latest greatest technology than we are to our own health and wellness?
SpaceX has already begun launching satellites into space, which are set to provide 5G-likeinternet to the world. Intensely focused beams of microwave radiation will begin hitting...

Hey,
One of the challenges with our world is that profit margins in business supersedes safety and good decision making.
And the impact of decisions made from this perspective has been incredibly destructive to humanity and the planet, as we are only just beginning to see the evidence of that.
We have already begun our investigations into the telecom industries push for 5G and it's quite obvious right off the top that for the most part, this is a battle to see who can win first...

Hey,
Have you heard of the Vox ad-apocalypse?
Essentially, after one right-wing, comedic news analyst on YouTube, Steven Crowder, was critical of some of Vox's content, Vox took it upon themselves to work towards getting Steven banned and demonetized on YouTube.. and it partly worked!
Thus far, Crowder's YouTube channel is now demonetized, along with many other accounts (ours back in 2018), but he has not been banned entirely from YouTube. It appears that mainstream media has the power to create enough of a stink to affect the success of independent media. ...
In a 1 hour interview with longtime researcher Brad Olsen, I explore whether or not there is much evidence for UFOs under the Antarctic ice. Brad took a trip to Antarctica to answer this question for himself and the community seeking truth.

The Facts: There are large bodies of research that show the ups and downs of cannabis. Yes, much of it contradicts itself in many ways, but science is never all that cut and dry. Simply, cannabis does have negative side effects, but do they outweigh the pros?

We Now Know The Government Funded Group Pushing Facebook Censorship.
By Joe Martino
October 16, 2018
IN BRIEF
The Facts:
Facebook has partnered with The Atlantic Council to 'stop fake news and propaganda.' This council is funded by US government agencies and massive corporations who are arms dealers and fund war and terrorism.
Reflect On:
Given who funds this organization, does it point to the fact that Facebook is truly the one election meddling? Are the mainstream media the only ones to be trusted with election news? Think about who is controlling the narrative here.
Facebook and Twitter colluded last night to remove even more social media accounts belonging to dissenting independent media voices. They appear to be scrambling to control the ever-weakening mainstream narratives.
Reflect On:
Are you changing your habits as to how you get and view your independent media? It won't come from social media anymore. Are you open to supporting independent media financially? We're at a point where we are going to have to consider doing so.

The Facts:In life, we often get stuck telling ourselves stories about what the 'best' path in life to take is. It's often based on chasing others' or societies dreams and aspirations, without looking at our own.
Reflect On:Do we tell ourselves what the 'right choice' or 'wrong choice' is on our own path? What is it based on? Where does our programming come from? Can we not let go of limiting programming? Is our programming our TRUE path?

One of my greatest passions is health. It's currently whey I'm working on a herbalism certification.

This is what you'll learn in one of my best friends new documentary series called Remedy. It starts tomorrow!

Media Misses Key Detail On Recent Trump GMO/Pesticide Ban ‘Lifting’, Here’s Why.
Joe Martino.
August 18, 2018.
In Brief
The Facts:Trump's administration recently released a memo cancelling a 2014 Obama-era memo about GMOs and neonicotinoid pesticide use. The media covered this story as a 'lifting of a ban' on GMOs, yet that's not what either memo says.
Reflect On:Why are we still leaving the door open for GMO and pesticide use in both administrations? Why is the media, across the whole board here, using any story possible to put people against the current administration? Has the deep state lost control?
In early August, Trump’s administration released a...

I mentioned last week that I'd be heading out to the west coast of Canada to hang out with friends and have some key meetings about the future direction of CE.
As you mayknow, CE is almost 10! And a lot has changed since the early days of sitting in my parent's basement as a 21-year-old building CE lol. Mostly, the global desire and thirst for conscious media has become HUGE in comparison to back then, but it's...
The Facts: Since Trump’s presidency, we have seen many of humanities shadows thrust into conversation. Not just shadows of Trump, but each and every one of us. The media has been aggressively opposing Trump almost all the way through.

An ‘Eclipse Like’ Crop Circle That Showed Up Three Days Before The Solar Eclipse.
Joe Martino.
June 5, 2018
It’s just days before an eclipse of a lifetime and as the world readies for the sight and some for the energetic shifts, a new crop circle has appeared in a field at Sutton Hall near London Southend Airport. The circle was discovered on August 17, 2017 but it’s meaning, if any, is not yet fully understood. A crop circle with meaning you might ask? Yes, evidence has shown time and time again that many of these circles have incredible scientific anomalies and thus people believe the formations come from somewhere or...

In a report on CNN today, US sources admit they proceeded with military action in Syria without having evidence that Sarin was used in a chemical attack on the Syrian people. Furthermore, they still have no proof this was done by the Assad regime.
According to the CNN report “The lack of complete information played a role in deciding not to strike a larger set of targets including airfields, aircraft and helicopters, one defense official said. Others factors, like Russian positioning, also played a role in the decisions.”

A new docuseries has popped up on Netflix and it’s all the rave right now. It chronicles the story of Osho’s commune that was built in Oregon back in the 80’s and all of the wonder, spirituality and… shocking things that went on there.
If you have not watched the series, there may be a few spoilers in here but not much. If you have watched the series, I’d love to hear your thoughts on this interpretation of what has gone on. Instead of going through and nitpicking all of the...
When I first realized the true magnitude of what the Pope’s Audience Hall design reveals, I was shocked. Despite 10 years of research into the elite, occult, Illuminati, consciousness, and more, this stuck out as something I just HAD to write about.
Have you heard of the Pope’s Audience Hall? Also known as the Paul VI Audience Hall or the Hall of the Pontifical Audiences, it lies partially in Vatican City and partially in Rome, Italy. Named after Pope Paul VI and built...
“The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart.”
The teachings of many of history’s religious and philosophical figures are timeless, but are often mistakenly taken at face value. It’s easy to slap a quote on an image or a t-shirt and pass it around, but it takes deliberate thought to actually internalize the true meaning behind the words, and often these quick philosophical ‘bytes’ are passed over too quickly for this to happen.
It’s easy for us in this day and age to be “spiritual” by identity...
What does it look like to live from your heart? What is the mind’s role in our experience? In my 10 years of studying and practicing living from the heart, I’ve discovered an emerging trend: The spiritual community has made a demon out of the mind.
There is no doubt that the mind is the source of suffering — the incessant thoughts and worries, the endless ego stories, the mental tricks we often play — but this doesn’t mean the mind as a whole is the problem, nor does this mean we...

HEMPCRETE COULD CHANGE THE WAY WE BUILD EVERYTHING.

First off, what is Hempcrete? As the name suggests, hempcrete is a building material that incorporates hemp into its mixture. Versatile and hardy, it can be used for wall insulation, flooring, walls, roofing, and more, and is fireproof, waterproof, and rot-proof, provided it’s used aboveground.
Derived from the shiv or inside stem of the hemp plant, it’s then mixed with a lime base binder to create the final, negative carbon footprint product. Hempcrete is much more versatile and pliable than concrete, making it an easier material to work with. In fact, earthquakes cannot crack these structures, as they are three times...
You see it all over the place and it’s only a matter of time before it’s trending on social media en mass: “F*ck you 2016,” “I can’t wait to be done with 2016,” “F*ck 2016,” etc. It’s likely you’ve seen this already, but if you haven’t, I’m sure you will soon.
If the prevalence of these phrases show us one thing it’s that 2016 was a challenging year for a lot of people! Personally, I can relate to this as I found 2016 kept throwing curveball after curveball at me. Many people around me...
Life isn’t a journey? I know what you’re thinking. Context. His words are all about context here when it comes to the word journey. In a very wise way we can look at life as a journey, and yet at the same time we can look at life as a journey in a more ‘negative’ fashion like Alan Watts brings forth in this clip.
It’s all about what someone means when referring to the word as opposed to simply the word. That’s why the key is to pay less attention to specific...

ANONYMOUS JUST RELEASED AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO DONALD TRUMP By Joe Martino, Collective Evolution NOVEMBER 13, 2016
President-elect Donald Trump had quite the look on his face during the press conference after his meeting with current President Obama. It almost appeared as though the reality of something was setting in. What that reality is? I don’t know, but he didn’t seem to look comfortable.
Now Anonymous has another message for the world, this time to Donald Trump, urging him to do what no other US leader has attempted in some time: create unity and peace.
“How many more wars? How many more people have to die? Enough is enough, these strategic...

What’s going on at Standing Rock is very much a reflection of the angst the public is experiencing as they see how ruthless the actions of...
Everyone would love to have a fresh, clean living space to come home to each day, and while part of that is up to us, we can put some house plants to work to keep our air clean quite effectively. Thankfully, NASA’s Clean Air Study helps us know which are effective.
Environmental toxins are important to cut down on. With toxins entering our body from our air, clothing, food, water, cosmetics, soaps, shampoos etc, not being aware of what we’re exposed to can increase our risks of disease.
The very first time I experienced eye gazing I was floored by what I felt and saw. The connection you feel with another human being, the visualizations of past lives, future potentials and more, all can become very real while engaging in this exercise.
Of course, there are many different intentions you can set before a session of eye gazing that can bring out an array of outcomes, but let’s jump into a rundown of how to go about an eye gazing session and from there we can explore what the benefits of such a practice...

A new crop circle has appeared in Reigate Hill, Surrey according to a recent report. While the reports are still recent and not much is known about the circle, including specific details about the formation that could tell us more about how it got there, this one is quite fascinating in design.
Why talk about crop circles? As we will discuss below, they are a phenomenon that simply can’t be ignored. Formations show up every single year and come with great mystery, even in the scientific realm. Many do not...
We all get tired. We all know what it is like to feel like we want to give up, throw in the towel, and just stay in bed. You know what? Sometimes it’s okay to stay in bed, but at some point we have to be real, to look at ourselves, and move on.
