Why do you wonder “How do I connect with extraterrestrials? How do I see you better?”

Do you sense our presence?
Contact happens at the unseen level. It occurs through resonance.
To contact us, create a coherent field in yourself. Slow down your breathing. Bring your awareness to your heart. Feel your body grounded to the Earth. Bring to mind something that is a source of real love to you. Let that love fill your entire body and surround you with the light field of love.
Your thoughts and feelings will begin to express themselves in this language.
Then just state:
I wish to contact you in love and clarity, and in cooperation and respect. I wish to express and receive communication and thoughts of the highest consciousness.
Be still.
Soon your reflections will begin to appear, and that stillness will unfold the answers you seek.
You don’t need to go searching, don’t need to force. Just relax and watch the stars. They were there long before you, and now the waters are calm and quiet and the reflections shine bright.
This is how you adjust your frequency.
Be in the present. Be filled with love. Be in coherent peace. Be joyful.
Reach out to us naturally, with love while looking at the sky because you love looking at it. Make contact with us your relationship.
