As you are aware the resonance of the 3rd dimensional drama is accelerating across your earth plane. Your role is to stay focused within your Heart’s Platform building the energetic weave of light consciousness to support the continual unfolding and building process of the ‘New Earth’.
Dramatic change is necessary to create a total disorder, which will ultimately lead to the eventual forming of a world ‘sacred order of light’ consciousness. This process of transmutation begins with those of you who are awakening now, who are consciously creating the...

We are quite pleased, in fact, to be a part of your journeys as we tune into you and feel your progress, feel your expansion, and we do enjoy feeling that we are playing a part in your evolution of consciousness. We would like for all of you to know that you can connect to us at any time, and you can connect to Sirians, Pleiadians, Andromedans, Lyrans, or any other group of e.t. beings...

Your Body Is Aware of Cyclic Changes and Patterns as You Enter the 2026 Cycle
By Sonia Barret
January 1, 2026
Your body is aware of the subtlest levels of patterns and cyclic change, as it is naturally unified with all substance, form, and even the seeming nothingness that supports all levels of existence and nonexistence.
While time itself is a quantitative, perceptual experience—processed through the sensory systems of the body at the experiential level—your perception guides how these cyclic patterns of the planet and the cosmos are interpreted and integrated within you.
From a scientific perspective, the nervous system and endocrine system are deeply responsive...

Dear Readers,
We are well aware of the confusion that the spiritually aware as well as those who are not, are presently experiencing. Know that this is temporary and let go of any concepts you may be holding with regard to how an ascension process should unfold. Understand that every belief, law, tradition, and teaching, etc. born from three dimensional concepts and beliefs based in duality, separation, and many powers must first be seen, recognized, and even experienced in order to then be rejected and eliminated from collective...
I come to you from beyond the Physical reality, from beyond the dimensional Realms. I arrive as a sacred dove, a symbol of peace and purity, an Oracle of Pure Consciousness.
Many individuals are increasingly feeling a profound need to allow their inner Light to expand and flourish. This longing is often a direct result of stepping into a higher state of awareness, where one becomes acutely aware of the limitations imposed by the physical, dense form that you...
This is a very sacred unfolding that has happened in the last few months as I had asked this transmitter to be open to transmit the cosmic transmissions because they have acted as a way of working with your souls in a way that you will only become conscious and aware of in the next few months and years.
It has activated huge keys and codes, codices, sacred knowledge and wisdom and deep knowing of your soul on many levels that you are not even...
We have made a Beautiful New connection, with The Guardians of Humanity. The Guardian Angels.
We are The Collective of the Guardians. Those who protect you, and guide you. We are with Each of you, always.
We wish to communicate in a manner that reflects the essence of your existence as a collective race.
While there are indeed massive and transformative changes taking place on Earth, it is essential to remind yourselves that you can not force peace upon others, because any act of Force, is in a sense...
We are the Andromedan Council of Light, and we are very excited to connect with humanity.
You are doing wonderfully well, no matter where you are on the planet right now, no matter how it seems like you are doing there in your lives. You are living out a life that has meaning, has value, and that value cannot always be quantified, or even acknowledged, by others. Therefore, you must be able and be willing to acknowledge yourselves. You have so many more gifts within you to discover, and when...
Good morning. Your chat last week seemed to hit a chord with many. Thank you. It seems when we become out of sorts physically, on top of feeling tired and exhausted … we beat ourselves up quite a bit and all Self Love and nurturing goes out the window. Could you talk to us about keeping on top of all these Energies, in order to keep the High Vibe rolling? Again … thank you

Good morning! It seems there are many, many, Moaning Minnies on the Planet at this time … yet, for every negative, there is a positive. So that means there are many, many, Happy Harries counteracting the misery one indulges in now and then! Not so this week you will be pleased to hear. Let’s get this show on the road with a blast of uplifting sentiment, if we may.
Right now, we’re all here in this dimension, influencing and receiving each-other’s radiance. Some of us have become aware of a larger reality that expands into infinity. Being aware of what it is, we can realize our own presence of awareness beyond spacetime. We are non-localized and infinite in our essence. We are everyone and everything, and at the same time nothing and nowhere. In our essence, we are beyond physicality and dimensions, and we are also embodied as our human persons. Our reality is beyond words and thoughts, but it exists in...
Why on earth would this be a crucial time for Empaths?
Well, it is a crucial time for us to stay in charge of our traits, our health and how we feel, for the reason we tend to project the energy of what we feel into the world.
As I know you’re only too aware, Empaths are known to lap up the emotional energy of those in close proximity, but we also project energy out.
Its not just Empaths, everyone has the ability to project out their emotional...
During these strange and wild times we’re currently living in, one interesting thing you can discover is that there really are two very different realities available to us now.
Depending on your frequency and how much you choose to be aware, you can notice how very different your experiences can be from day to day, both internally and externally. And that you’re probably actually flip-flopping back and forth between two realities.
3D Reality
One reality is the old, familiar one in which increasing amounts of chaos, disruption and division in the world are occurring, and...
The more conscious you become, the more aware you become, the more the old you, the ego, the persona, the acting roles you took on disintegrate, as your true soul self emerges, in its truthful purity.
When one rises in consciousness you will often find yourself in inner turbulence, which reflects in outer turbulence. What is in truth happening is that you are given a greater wake up call to finally break through all the barriers of the old you and the old regimes which kept you unconscious and in fear and suffering.
The toned-down Self I saw was luminous rather than brilliant
While I’m aware of the actor/participant or “witness” in the drama of my life, and while I’ve even seen a moderated or toned-down version of it, (1) I personally wouldn’t say that I’ve realized it.
I’ve called realization seeing from a higher level, (2) which is true, but, at the same time, realization, when one is in 3/4D, is accompanied by energetic events that seem to burn the knowledge into one’s mind. Bliss is a prime example. As a consequence of the uplift of bliss, one feels...
Q: Inside me is a kind of restlessness, how do I come out of a dark place in my life, where there is little joy and much sadness?
P’taah: All right, so we would suggest that what would be of assistance is becoming more focused on Now, becoming more immersed in Now as you go about your day to days. Or to be immersed in whatever it is that takes your interest.
So the restlessness comes from not feeling complete in what you are doing, and the reason...

We are aware of those that are doing the healing and making humanity aware, whole, free, prosperous and sane. Not many of you are willing to do that. We in the realms of the celestial are forever aware of the way you knock each other down, push people around always trying to gain a foothold in the spiritual warfare area. There is no warfare. You are doing yourselves a disservice when you take this action.
You all do yourselves a favor by keeping an eye on...

Abiding in love has nothing to do with staying or leaving.
It is the manner in which you conduct yourself — aware of the experiences of others, empathetic to their feelings, conscious of your needs, while moving in the direction of awakening your highest and greatest potential.
All the while, knowing within yourself that any decision that serves your potential can only awaken that same depth of potential in others — no matter how harshly they criticize your choices, don’t understand the changes occurring, or disagree with your viewpoint.
Being wise isn’t something set aside for the elderly. Oh no, you may be wiser than you think, even at a younger age. While age does present unique insight into topics and the ability to appreciate the simplicities of life, some people start to catch glimpses of wisdom early on. In fact, wisdom is the lifelong quest for knowledge.
Are you wiser than you think?
We shouldn’t view wisdom as solely a gift of growing old. Glimmers of wisdom begin to show at various ages....

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are so very interested in your journeys there on planet Earth and on what you have to share with us and the rest of the galaxy, and so are many other beings who have been watching and observing, measuring and waiting to see if and when humanity is ready for more contact experiences. We know that you are making progress there all the time, because we can feel your overall vibration, but some e.t.s that are...
All is unfolding precisely as divinely planned! Humanity is awakening, and there are signs and indications of this throughout the world as more and more people choose to be only loving whatever arises in their daily lives. Here in the non-physical realms we have been intensifying our love and support for you as you so powerfully and brilliantly move forward toward your awakening. You are making it happen! Yes it is God’s divine plan and intent for you to awaken,...
Your awakening is imminent! Yes, many messages from those in the spiritual realms have recently been reassuring you of this, and yet it appears to most of you that it is no closer than it was years ago, because you are seeing no signs of it. But your expectations of what awakening means and what it truly is are quite different. First, of course,...
Humans rarely stay fully present in this physical dimension, they move from one dimension and time frame to another. When they move from one dimension or timeframe to another, they leave an energy trail, a trace or their scent of emotional vibration.
Children are able to shift their awareness from one dimension to another rather quickly. They are not aware they are leaving the physical body. They just naturally travel. They are especially adept at leaving any uncomfortable life situation.
When they leave an uncomfortable situation, they bring an energy trace of those feelings of...
When the human experiences fear... they drop into a place where they are operating on automatic.
It is "fear" that allows a human to be manipulated... be it fear of the dentist or fear of death or fear evoked by the evening news. It is in that place of unconsciousness... that mental place of operating on automatic that the mass populace usually vibrates. Fear is the key that triggers imbalanced and unconscious patterns.
Notice when you fear something you are becoming powerless. You are easy to manipulate. You disconnect with your Source. You dropped into...
