Lightworkers have the delightful habit of seeing new trends in thought ahead of the crowd. This is an automatic side effect of choosing a higher frequency of consciousness, one based on love rather than fear and division.
Today, I am offering you the chance to be one of forty recipients of an intuition-enhancing homeopathic preparation. There is no charge to be part of this test group, but we do ask applicants to be diligent in taking two samples per day and reporting any changes that you notice in your mind, body and spirit over a 21-day period....
What the Ascended Masters are Sending You Right Now
Thymus: The Collective of Ascended Masters

Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.
We are sending you love and light, healing and compassion, and you may experience what we are sending you as a feeling, but you may also experience it as a thought or as an impulse to take an action. In other words, you make your interpretations of what you receive from the higher realms all the time. And this does, of course, include your own higher selves and oversouls. You are receiving that...

Dear Readers,
Change is unfolding on various levels for almost everyone as obsolete personal and global energies clear and those of a higher frequency replace them. Change to what is known and already accepted by the majority often creates resistance even when those changes would result in much better circumstances. However, in spite of everything that may manifest during these times, never lose sight of the fact that a Divine plan is unfolding, one that can not and will not be stopped by three...

The New Balance of your Physical and Spiritual – Part 2

There is a harmony being called forward within you each to find a compatible path for both your physical well-being and your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For many, there has been a heavy emphasis on one over the other, and the new template for humanity is one of true balance where all parts of oneself are embraced as in the whole. Where all the parts are considered equally valid and important to be attended to.
The process of ascension is moving very quickly now for those who are on the path into the Fifth Dimension.
For some, there is a lot of confusion, because new and somewhat unusual experiences are now occurring. Some of these are positive and exciting — but others are rather intense and challenging.
It can be helpful to understand the process of ascension in terms of “timelines”, and how we are all shifting from lower-frequency timelines onto higher ones in a sped-up manner now. We have always experienced these timeline shifts, but it’s generally...

It is interesting to consider that the Angels want to work in our everyday functions. That means that no matter what we are doing, inviting the Angels to participate with us would add a new creative dimension to our activities.
The Angels are working for the awakening of every person on the planet to help create a world that holds the Peace and the Beauty that most of us want to experience.
I greet you beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out to embrace you at this now moment. Each time that we come together as a group it is an opportunity not only for all of you to be together and present with one another, but it is an opportunity for you to gather at later times.
One of the benefits of this time in which you live is the fact that through the computer you can always reach out to connect with one another. You...

Once again, another week has flown by! The world hasn’t quite blown itself up … yet! Many, many are intrigued concerning the Truth that is to come out. You have spoken about that which lies ahead being beyond our imaginations. Obviously, if this is the case, we cannot even assume anything. We hear of so much … many have come across speculations of this, that, and the other, which are quite incredible … yet,...
We are living in an unprecedented time, and this truly means that so much is now opening for us in multiple ways as we shift ever higher in frequency and vibration, yet at the very same time, there is then still the old earth disintegration under our very feet.
It is a great blessing in disguise.
I just had a message from someone who thanked me for speaking up, and for sharing my messages – for it opens the throat chakra of so many women, in particular who never had the guts to speak out.

I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.
All of us in the higher realms are excited for humanity to experience all of the energies that are coming in for you right now to assist you in becoming the versions of yourselves that you are of course destined to become. You make greater leaps in your spiritual evolution when you take time out to receive all that is available to you, and you are doing that right now. You are giving yourselves the opportunity to bathe in...
We are in midst of huge changes in our DNA at all cellular levels as our new Solar Light bodies are getting higher and higher frequency activations from the solar sun and 12 Central suns.
The astral realms are being cleared at very deep and profound levels and this includes all programming of the ancestral coding in our DNA.
I went through this experience in the last few days, as an old family disease suddenly cropped up in me. As I went through the treatment and recalibeated, cleansed, cleared all my bodies and fields, as well...
As most of us are feeling of late, the incoming light is so much higher frequency, and different. SO much has shifted! We are co-creating a new plane of experience with our ascending planet and with abundant support from the non-physical. It can feel intense, as everything is rapidly-changing. Stability lies within.
By grounding into the Earth and connecting with all that we are, we become a bridging energy and are stabilized by this connection.
I encourage you to take time each day to clear and unify your field (calling upon the violet flame --...

Hello, chaps. We are definitely stepping up to the tasks we signed up for, and in doing so, our Vibration is shooting up to the stars. What a Divine Plan it is. When one tunes into the Vibration of purity of self, and connects the dots with folk all around the world on the same page … feeling the Love … having the understanding of how it all works … well, it’s simply marvellous!...
This meditation came at the perfect time! We have now become accustomed to the higher frequency in many different ways. This channel gives you a chance to experience these frequencies and learn how to work with them.
In the beginning, the Goddess speaks about the collective consciousness and people’s empathic abilities. She states that everyone is empathic to a degree, it is about how much they pay attention to what is around them. The collective consciousness has undergone a massive transition over the past five to seven years and is...
Remember when the idea of ascension sounded like an exciting and blissful journey in which we’d somehow magically blossom into our true multidimensional selves as we shifted into the Fifth Dimension?
Well, in some ways, it is kind of like this, right? We do have those incredible periods of time in which magical synchronicities occur, joy flows through us, and deeper and deeper spiritual awakening occurs.
Sometimes we expand in our awareness of all-that-is, and we discover ever-greater inner horizons to explore. Deep love streams through us, and profound gratitude fills our hearts.
Traditionally August is a month when nothing happens, when the world relaxes and goes on holiday. So, it is interesting that throughout this time Venus is retrograde for 40 days, which is considered the sacred length of time to go within and return with answers. The big message for this month is to relax and to strengthen your daily spiritual practise so that you emerge at the end of the period at a higher frequency. When enough people raise their frequency, this affects the whole planet, so that we...
Compared to the excitements of the day-to-day, outer world, some people would liken spiritual joy to an inner peace.
According to physics, there are two types of excitement. One type increases activity, such as increasing the volume of a sound. The other type - the one we are referring to here - raises the frequency.
Spiritual excitement is the experience of a higher frequency of consciousness than normal.
A great example of this natural spirituality is, actually, dolphins. They have a high IQ, live totally in the...
Waiting for humanity to finally shift into 5D can get so discouraging — especially if you’ve been waiting for this event for quite a while and you’ve been excited about it.
The world’s continuing chaos and humanity’s sluggish progress in waking up to what’s really happening can make it seem as if nothing will ever change – except maybe for the worse. It’s enough to make you want to give up on all your dreams for the future.
Yes, you can accept that the Earth Alliance is likely doing their best; they...
Nothing in Creation is essentially good or bad, but we judge lower vibrations as bad because they oppose our natural desire to raise our consciousness.
For example, toxins in food vibrate at a lower frequency while health-supporting nutrition vibrates at a higher frequency. Because body, mind and spirit are interconnected, toxic food depresses the frequencies of your mind and spirit as well as your body.
Besides food, thoughts and feelings that are toxic will interfere with your ability to rise into the peaceful and enlightening realms of spiritual awareness. For example, being exposed to...

Those in power were informed of the changes on Earth in a timely manner. They were allowed to receive higher knowledge and therefore they now bear the responsibility in keeping humanity safe and the task of informing everyone about the cosmic contact with the light dimensions, where the transition to a higher frequency is going to take place. Many cosmic...
This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love. It is my pleasure to once again answer some reader questions.
Question: We have the blue flame, violet flame, green flame. Each having their unique attributes. My question is what are the attributes of the Golden flame/fire we have here on Earth? What are its purposes and powers in the higher frequency realities?
Answer: Ah, excellent question.
The golden flame is the flame of transmutation. It re-creates things in accordance with the will of...
Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are elevating the level of our consciousness in each and every moment, as we prepare to shift our consciousness to the tenth dimension. That means the energies we send to you, and that all of our cohorts in the ninth dimension send you, are in a higher and higher frequency, as we all continue to move forward in this universal shift in consciousness. We know that you can handle higher and...

We, the Arcturians, wish to remind you that you are NOT just a third dimensional person, living a “normal” third dimensional life. More and more of the humans who have chosen to take an earth vessel within this now are beginning to remember that there is another, higher dimensional version of their third dimensional self who resonates to the fourth, fifth and even higher dimensional realities.
Unfortunately, within your physical, human life you have been trained to...

Suzille tends to call us, the Arcturians, when she is confused, frightened, or hopeful. We Arcturians wish to remind you all that it is very helpful to have a “GO TO” Higher Frequency Being to assist you in your VERY FAST, “How to Ascend” class.
Many of you are beginning to realize that this “Ascension Class,” is real. This real “class” is an important learning experience,” and most important, a real peek into the fifth dimension, which is increasingly becoming your “New Home.”
